How do I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order without any charges 4 hours after the order was made. After that you run the risk of the order to be packed and ready to be dispatched.
How do I return an order or part of an order?
If you wish to return a package if you changed your mind, or you are not pleased, you have 14 days to do so if you wish to receive a refund. You will have to go to the DAO365 delivery point and send the package to Starupvej 122, 8340 Malling, Anam Cairde ApS, return price being on your own account.
Do you allow returns if I changed my mind? How much time do I have for free cancellation?
If you want to cancel the order you can cancel it up to 4 hours after it was put. After that try calling the customer service, if not the package might be already en-route to you and might require to be sent back.

How do I track my order?
After the order is dispatched and you get the tracking code, you can use that to track the location of your package.
What are my shipping options?
In Denmark and Sweden, we ship with DAO365.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
This depends on the number of orders at the moment, but at this time, it will take a maximum of 2 working days for the order to be finalized, wrapped and dispatched to the courier.
From where are the products delivered?
The products are delivered from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark.
How is the delivery paid?
- If you order to Denmark, there is free delivery if you pay over 500dkk. For orders less than 500dkk, the delivery will cost 49dkk and be paid by the customer.
- If you order to Sweden, there is free delivery if you pay over 700dkk. For orders less than 700dkk, the delivery will cost 65dkk and be paid by the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct credit card payments at Checkout.
What happens if my delivery is lost or it is received with damages?
In case of such an event, we require proof of damage: picture/ video or proof for lost delivery from the delivery company. For cases like this, we look at the event individually and we assess the situation. If the damage was caused by the delivery company, we will either refund the money or send a new package, depending on your choice, but we ask for the products to be send back.
Is there a shopping cart limit?
We do not have a shopping cart limit, neither in terms of the amount or how many products, but the products might be limited to stock. For orders with more than 5 similar products please email us firstname.lastname@example.org

Anam Cairde ApS was opened in September 2019.

At the moment we have products from Lovato Candles, Three Little Birds and A little idea. We are working on growing our range of products every day.

All of the products found at the moment on Anam Cairde, are 100% made in Ireland, handmade, organic and eco-friendly.

All our products are eco-friendly and regarding the post office packages we are working on finding appropriate materials that will protect the environment and the products inside.
